• Profile photo (if provided)

• Artist/DJ profile details

• Music links submitted by Creatives

• Event listings and related information

• Communications sent through the Apps

• In-app purchase information (processed through Apple In-App Purchase)

B. Automatically Collected Information

• Device type

• Operating system

• App usage data

• Interaction data

• Crash reports

• Performance analytics

• IP address (for security and fraud prevention purposes)

We do not collect precise location data.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage user accounts

• Provide access to licensed music streaming via Feed.fm

• Display approved music links from Creatives

• Review and approve Creative submissions

• Provide customer support

• Improve app performance and user experience

• Process in-app purchases

• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use

• Comply with legal obligations

3. Music & Content Handling

Music streamed through the Apps is provided through Feed.fm using its official licensed SDK.

Creative users may submit links to MP3 files they represent they have the legal right to share. All Creative submissions are subject to manual administrative review before being made visible within the Apps.

The Company does not claim ownership of user-submitted content. However, users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to any content they submit.

4. Third-Party Services

We may share limited data with trusted service providers necessary to operate the Apps, including:

• Feed.fm (licensed music streaming provider)

• Apple (In-App Purchases)

• Cloudflare (content delivery and security)

• Firebase and/or Supabase (authentication, database, analytics)

• Branch.io (deep linking)

These providers process data solely for service functionality, security, analytics, or infrastructure support.

5. In-App Purchases

All payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We do not directly store or process payment card details.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Apps are not specifically directed to children under 13. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

• Request deletion of their account and associated data
